Join Faubourg and Chef Aleck Woogmaster for three nights full of tasty eats and great beer! Guests will work together and with Chef to break down the basics of meal prep and flavor profile building while creating delicious meals!

Each ticket comes with two pints of your choice with the dish.

Tues, Feb 14th 6-8pm: Maple-Whipped Mousse Parfait - Valentine's Special

Students will make an espresso-infused chocolate mousse parfait and hand-whipped cream for a simple dessert with endless options to reinvent.

Fri, Feb 17th 6-8pm: Breaking through the Flavor Barrier

Students will make plant-based cream gravy and savory au jus, building and deconstructing flavor profiles in the process. Complimentary small plates and other items will be offered to enjoy each sauce with.

Sat, Feb 18th 6-8pm: Herbal Citrus Aioli

Inspired by the cholesterol-rich classic Hollandaise, this emulsified sauce offers students the chance to refine a technique with limitless opportunities for interpretation. The class will experiment with unique flavor profiles built around a heart-healthy emulsified foundation.
